Narrated Ibn 'Umar
may Allah be pleased with them, reported
: The Holy Prophet (may peace of Allah be upon him) said: (The superstructure of) Islam is raised on five (pillars): The Oneness of Allah, performance of the Prayer, payment of Zakah, Fast of Ramadan, and Pilgrimage (to Makkah).
